About Us

Garvin Industries is a family-owned and operated company with a legacy dating back to 1942, when Bob Garvin Sr. opened a small auto repair shop. Since becoming a manufacturing corporation in 1975, Garvin has remained committed to quality, innovation, and American craftsmanship. Now led by Charlie and Jacob Bassett, the company continues to evolve, having designed OEM products for trusted names like Warn™, Superwinch™, and A.M. General Corp™—including factory roof racks for the civilian Hummer™. Today, we proudly manufacture our own rugged product line under the Garvin Wilderness brand, specializing in roof racks, bumpers, rock rails, and accessories for Jeeps™ and SUVs built for adventure.

Garvin Family

Every Garvin Rack is engineered with precision and tested in the harshest terrains—from the Sierra Mountains to the red rocks of Moab. We use only high-grade American steel, the same trusted in our nation’s bridges and skyscrapers, to ensure unmatched durability. Our products are designed to help you haul it all—camp gear, tools, tents, or recovery equipment—so you can Leave Nothing Behind™. Whether you're on the trail, at work, or off the grid with family and friends, Garvin Racks are built to take you further.
